Assisted Living Community Approved in Scottsdale

Tiffany & Bosco assisted the Ryan Companies in approving a rezoning case at the southwest corner of Shea Boulevard and 74th Street to allow for a four-story premier senior living community. Tiffany & Bosco and the entire Ryan entitlement team gained unanimous approval by the Scottsdale City Council after careful consideration of the surrounding context and Ryan finding the perfect location for an infill project adjacent to restaurants, stores, theaters and nearby medical services. As with all of Ryan Co.’s projects, Ryan Acoya at Shea will be another feather in their growing senior living cap.
