Nirvana at Harborshores, located north of the Northwest Corner of McDowell Road and Harbor Shores Boulevard, was approved for a General Plan Amendment and Planned Unit Development at the February 2nd Avondale City Council meeting. Nirvana at Harborshores is in the process of becoming an establishment of high level of quality, building design, and site design expectations to set itself apart as a multi-family residential development.
