Taylor Morrison, who reported a record-breaking June, received approval from the Town of Queen Creek Council on July 15, 2020 for the Ellsworth Ranch development. The PAD rezoning application received both support and opposition from hundreds of residents living near the property. After several months of working with Taylor Morrison, the neighbors, and Town, Shaine Alleman of Tiffany & Bosco secured the rezoning for the 190.4 acre Ellsworth Ranch development, which provides a distinctive single-family residential community that is designed to preserve the Ellsworth family heritage and implements the Town’s rich heritage through the design character of the community.
The Town Council recognized that the development fit squarely within its General Plan and exceeded the requirements of the Town Zoning Ordinance with ample open space, connective trails, additional perimeter buffering, and high-quality amenities. This will be an exciting development for the Town of Queen Creek and will provide a quality development adjacent to the surrounding neighborhoods and the downtown core to the north.
